CST-2000
This air duct system was designed to ventilate passive devices installed in the hot aisle.

CST-3000
An air duct system that supplies cool air from the cold aisle to devices installed in the hot aisle, which receive their intake air from the side.

CST-4000
Certain switches are designed to draw intake air through the front panel. This air duct system is specifically implemented when such equipment is deployed within the hot aisle, ensuring optimal airflow and thermal management.

CST-5000
The Series 5000 deflector is used when switches that draw intake air from the front are installed in the cold aisle facing the rear.

CST-7000
The 7000 series covers all appliances with side air supply. Different performance requirements are calculated in advance and then assembled with the appropriate components.
Optimum air routing in the data center with ConSysTech Customized air baffles and air guidance systems
We specialize in optimizing the airflow in racks and rows of racks. Consistent air separation of the hot and cold sides in the rack or in rows of racks is important for the energy-efficient and safe operation of data centers. This also includes closing off free height units in the 19″ level.
In some cases, there are active components that do not provide front-to-back air routing. In addition, some IT switches are mounted on the rear 19″ level. To avoid time-consuming conversion work in the rack, air baffle plates can be used. Thanks to these, the active components can be quickly integrated into the air routing concept of the data center.
We have specialized in precisely these requirements. From one-off production to series production, we can offer the entire value chain. We handle measurement, development, production and assembly from a single source.
